COVID-19 & Other Infectious Diseases

At Prana Wellness Spa your and our staff’s health is our top priority!

At Prana Wellness Spa we understand that the virus that causes COVID-19 transmits via the air we breathe. The clinic has been purposefully fitted with advanced air filtration and exchange systems. Our staff will be wearing well-fitted medical-grade masks at all times in the treatment rooms and common areas. Our staff will also be performing twice daily temperature checks.

As part of our sanitation protocol, all equipment will be cleaned and disinfected after each use.

To minimize risk we operate at a reduced patient volume and allow for adequate time between appointments to perform the necessary sterilization and thoroughly clean each room and all devices. This also allows for a few air exchanges to occur prior to the next arrival.

Prior to your appointment, a pre-screening e-mail must be completed to ensure that you have no symptoms the day of your visit.

To avoid bottlenecks and exposure to other patients and staff you must arrive at your appointment on time and no more than 5 minutes early.

In order to maintain a safe number of guests at all times, Prana Wellness Spa asks that you come to your scheduled appointment unaccompanied.

We will check your temperature upon arrival with a ‘no touch’ infrared thermometer.

When possible and reasonable, consultations and follow-ups will be done remotely.

We request that all guests at the clinic wear a medical-grade face mask that properly covers the nose and mouth and has no gaps. This needs to be in place before entering the clinic. We will ask you to replace your mask if it has a poor seal (gaps) or is made of fabric. We will be happy to provide you with an adequate face mask upon arrival if you don’t have one.

We ask all our guests and patients to sanitize their hands upon arrival.

Reservations & Spa Etiquette

Please call 778-525-0037 to book your reservation today. A credit card number will be required to guarantee your appointment.

Should you require a specific gender or have a gender preference for your treatment, please specify this at the time of your appointment booking. We will do our utmost to honour your request.

In order to maintain a tranquil environment, we do not treat children under the age of 10 in the spa. Also please ensure that your cell phone is turned off.

To ensure that your visit will meet your expectations, certain medical conditions, medications and allergies may be contraindicative to your selected treatment. Please advise the receptionist and/or your treatment provider prior to the start of treatment so that we are able to accommodate your needs for a relaxing and rewarding experience

Late Arrivals

All of our appointments begin and end on time to ensure our next patient is not delayed. If you arrive late for your appointment the treatment time will be reduced to stay on schedule. The price of the service will remain the same.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be rescheduled, which will be considered as a cancellation.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Life happens! We are happy to help our clients with cancellations or rescheduling their appointments if necessary. However, to help accommodate our other guests we require a minimum notice of 48 hours in advance to change or cancel the appointment. If we do not receive this notice, 100% of your treatment will be charged to your credit card. Future appointments will be put on hold until the owing balance is cleared. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled more than twice, we reserve the right to not reschedule the appointment.
